Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (Popularly known as VVCE) is one of the top Engineering College, located in Mysore, which is a city in the state of Karnataka, India. It was established in the year 1997 by Vidyavardhaka Sangha, Mysore.
VVCE is affiliated to the VTU Belgaum (Vishvesvaraya Technological University), approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and recognized by the Govt. of Karnataka.
The college provides four years full-time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) course in six different specializations including Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Science & Engineering and Civil Engineering.
VVCE also offers two PG programs namely MBA (Master of Business Administration) and M.Tech (Master of Technology) with the duration of two years. It provides M.Tech in three different specializations i.e. Computer Science & Engineering, Machine Design, Signal Processing and MBA in Marketing, Finance and Human Resource.
VVCE has well-experienced and well-qualified faculty members which help in the all-around development of students. Dr. B. Sadashive is the principal of the VVCE college, who has rich experience in industry and education area both in India and Abroad.
VVCE has the world-class infrastructure with all the modern facilities including a Library, Laboratory, Auditorium, Sports, Canteen, Medical Facilities etc. It also conducts numerous activities like technical seminar, monthly distinguished lectures, GD, group projects, industrial visits, technical fests, entrepreneurial training and project exhibition besides conventional teaching.
